What is life coaching?

We all need a bit of help in life sometimes. Life coaching assists individuals to elevate from stuck patterns. These sessions are tailored to you with gentle guidance. Each session will help to fine tune and focus on your inner work in order to remove obstacles to achieve your goals.

What are your fees?

Great question! It depends on what services you are looking for. Take a gander off to the Book an Appointment page to see pricing. I offer individual session prices or package prices

Do you see clients in person?

During the pandemic I am offering my services virtually. It is just as effective and you can do it from the comfort of your own home. I use zoom.

Is hypnosis mind-control?

The simple answer is no. You control your mind. Think about a time you zoned out to music or drove down the road on autopilot. That is a natural state of hypnosis. You had full control of your mind and body.

I am skeptical about Hypnosis

Many individuals are. Usually highlighted in media and entertainment as mind-control. Hypnosis is a natural state. You often go in and out of state of hypnosis, e.g. when driving on auto-pilot, listening to music, daydreaming, avoiding the present, or dealing with trauma, and illness etc. Lets schedule a free 20 minute phone consultation and chat about your concerns.

Do you offer guided meditation?

Once you purchase your reading, please ensure to provide your birth date, questions, and full name. I will send you an email with a photo of your reading and a write up. Or I will send you a recording.

I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation. This will help both of us to gauge how we can work together and if I can help you.

I have had hypnotherapy before and it didn't work

Hypnotherapy is an art form. Based on many factors. The rapport you build during the cognitive talk therapy, the understanding of the client's need, trust and respect from both parties, and how the client processes information. This part is imperative because our subconscious mind understands our own language patterns, so when your suggestibility has been identified, we can use your words to translate them into suggestions your mind will take in with ease without any resistance. Laws of repetition plays a big role in tuning in the frequency to your minds radio receptivity.
